
All levels are welcome and encouraged to work at their own level!
Wade and Kathleen teach an ashtanga based style of vinyasa yoga, linking deep breathing with continuous flowing postures.
They greatly focus on the importance of daily practice, ujjayi breath and the benefits it has on quieting the mind and purifying the body.
They also emphasize proper alignment, thru hands on adjustments.
The practice helps to build cardiovascular and muscular strength, endurance and flexibility.
Meditation is also done at the end of each practice to help train the mind how to be still, so that union (yoga) with God/Spirit can occur.
